Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, customized products, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product nature.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund, to ensure faster processing.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at greenforestcloth@gmail.com or 8638167805 with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
